A pretty large species of tropical katydid, captive bred like all our insects. Price is for two young ones, random sexes as we can't sex them when young.
High humidity, purely vegetarian, no audible calls, room temperature is okay although we keep them a little bit warmer. Nice long life span, our adult pair are now nearly a year old as adults. We are selling just a few of their offspring and then keeping the rest.
They are pretty scared of being handled so are better as something to watch than get out and play with.
Bramble is fine, also beech, organic apple chunks, other leaves, they also enjoy secret Grandis katydid power food but will be fine on just bramble.
Ours mainly bury their eggs in oasis foam
