Shipping policy

live insects are posted on Wednesdays athre time of writing  (but see home page) and should arrive on the next day 

somebody must be in to sign for them

we only ship insects to the UK and not to Northern Ireland (new Royal Mail rules)

insects are ordered at your own risk but we will take every care - again please don't miss delivery

order before 8pm the day before postal day for posting that week (much earlier appreciated)

if the weather is extreme we may have to delay shipping
